Refund options

How we issue refunds

  • Store credit – fastest and easiest option to use on future orders.
  • Cash refund – for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, when applicable.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the item for inspection before processing the refund.

Situations that are not eligible

The following cases do not qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Contacting us more than 3 days after receiving your order.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Change of mind after using the product when it is not defective.
